A mass shooter in Cincinnati, Ohio was just stopped in his tracks. A 62-year-old gunman took aim and fired on four people, including a 1-year-old boy. People had been looking everywhere for a cop, once the man began harassing a woman. But as the old adage says, “there was no cop around when you needed one.”

Instead, a citizen who was armed with a self-defense pistol, and a concealed carry permit saw Thomas McCary arguing with the woman – his sister – around 8 p.m. Sunday night and decided to make sure everything was alright.

Jury Sends Message to Cops, Go Find REAL CRIMINALS, Acquits Man on Felony Pot Charges

The irony here is that if Ficano had gotten prescriptions for opioids and wasted away on these highly addictive pain-blockers, the state would have been just fine with it. However, since he chose to use a natural remedy without the horrid side-effects of nausea, vomiting, constipation, physical dependence, tolerance, respiratory depression and death, he was persecuted.

Ficano was found by police to be growing plants at his house for his personal consumption to treat a back injury. The state’s case against him consisted of saying he had too much pot, and they suspected him of selling it.

The jury took only one hour to deliberate before highlighting the gross waste of taxpayer money in paying police, prosecutors, judges, and jurors to persecute a man who morally had done nothing wrong.

This verdict is yet another piece of evidence showing that Americans are becoming tired of seeing people kidnapped, locked in cages, or killed for their own personal choices.

Honesty and “Impropriety” Within the US Military: The Honorable Life and Untimely Death of Colonel Ted Westhusing

The professional ethicist and scholar from WeHonesty and “Impropriety” Within the US Military: The Honorable Life and Untimely Death of Colonel Tedst Point was shocked to learn that the real world politics of modern dirty Empire wars necessarily involved theft, corruption, greed and war crimes on an unprecedented global scale.”

“…Petraeus was responsible more than any other single general for outsourcing the neocon wars with corrupt private civilian contractors. Also at that time Petraeus was overseeing the training of Iraqi death squad commandos marauding through Iraq’s city streets block by block systematically invading homes, murdering families, and detaining innocent Iraqi males for prison torture.”

Dr. Bob Arnot nails it on CNN: Attack on Doctor Oz was astroturfed by sleazy “industry henchmen” with ties to biotech

“In a stunning piece of real journalism that nails the story behind the story, former NBC Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Bob Arnot went on CNN to expose the truth behind the quackpot attacks against Doctor Oz. This is the truth that, almost without exception, every other mainstream media outlet intentionally and shamelessly buried over the last three days.”

Dr. Bob Arnot: …the most interesting part of this is this letter. First of all, it’s not from the Columbia faculty. It’s from ten physicians, all of whom have industry ties. And if you look carefully at the letter, what it’s really about is that the industry is furious that he has taken on genetically modified crops. So you basically have industry henchmen who are after Dr. Oz here. One of them in fact, head of the American Council on Science and Health, spent some time in federal prison for Medicaid fraud, so I’d be very careful about who has written this letter.

“The criminal investigation into Spain’s Too-Big-To-Fail monstrosity Bankia’s highly dubious 2011 IPO this week descended from the surreal into the downright macabre. In a rare departure from standard judicial practice, Judge Fernando Andreu had ordered Bankia, its parent company state-owned BFA, the bank’s former President, Rodrigo Rato, and three former directors to pay an €800 million civil liability bond for signing off on fraudulent financial statements in the run-up to the IPO – a criminal offense in Spain that is punishable with up to six years’ imprisonment.”

“However, given the stakes involved, especially in a make-or-break election year, Rajoy’s government is unlikely to allow another impudent judge to jeopardize everything they’ve worked for so hard – namely, their own enrichment and that of their closest friends and corporate sponsors. After all, the trial’s defendants include not only senior bankers but also former ministers of the governing People’s Party.”

Discovering that the provision of court transcripts in the US was essentially a commercial racket, he teamed up with other activists to right an obvious wrong: that the law was only readable by those with money.

Good Men Doing Something Against Evil

The Feds will persecute-sorry, prosecute Ross Ulbricht, the genius “accused by the federal government of running the Silk Road ‘dark web’ site on the Internet, …on Monday, January 5, in New York City.” Apparently, some folks who love liberty have taken a page from Our Rulers in not letting this crisis go to waste.

The heroic Jim Babb, he who has long opposed the TSA and famously called for slow-downs in its already monumentally slow lines when it first began photographing us naked, is among those exploiters. He’s plastering telephone kiosks around the courthouse where Mr. Ulbricht’s kangaroo trial will proceed as well as handing out leaflets on jury nullification; this presentation of the project emphasizes that juries are free to convict the law, not the “perp,” in victimless “crimes.” You can join Jim’s efforts in person if you’re near Moscow-on-the-Hudson, or you can donate to defray expenses in the spirit of the Founders: “we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

I really do expect the hackers to revolt.  Their allegiance is to freedom; they were temporarily misled by promises of security.  They 1)  run the world, 2) know they do, and 3) occasionally read.  We’ll be OK.
“A strategic pivot has occurred among top Intel Cowboys all around the World. Yes, they still are careful to protect their own nation’s important defense secrets and systems, but they have joined a working relationship with numerous other Top Intel Cowboys from around the World, even with nations considered to be enemies.”

“In practical terms, this means Intel Cowboys from many nations — even some Israeli Intel who can’t stand the pedophile ops of the Organized crime cabal anymore, and some Intel from the Russian Republic (with President Putin’s apparent support).”

Intel Cowboys all over the World are getting clued in to how they have been used… to be later disposed of by the Organized Crime Cabal — and are now taking action to reverse this

Yes, the Top Policy-makers who run America do Very, Very Bad Things, incredibly Bad Things to stay in power and protect their massive Organized Crime Cabal, which has worldwide reach and is empowered by the crooked City of London FIAT Bankster System.

“Many of these incredibly skilled, astute individuals thought they were serving their nations by supporting what they have now come to understand to be an Organized Crime Cabal that has hijacked many nations of the World, especially England, America, Israel, Saudia Arabia and Turkey and many Balkan Nations. Many have also found out that this Organized Crime Cabal was initially created by a very interesting association that developed between the Babylonian Talmudic Banksters and the satanic Cult Network emerging from John Dee and Aleister Crowley, which evolved into the Process Cult in America and now the Denver Circle of Twelve, the Bloodthirsty Ones, aka the Disciples of Satan, or the “Illuminati” as they prefer to call themselves.”

The hackers all have a choice to make.

Derek Nichols decided to post a poem written by his younger brother, Jordan, who seems to be wise beyond his years.

Our generation will be known for nothing.
Never will anybody say,
We were the peak of mankind.
That is wrong, the truth is
Our generation was a failure.
Thinking that
We actually succeeded
Is a waste. And we know
Living only for money and power
Is the way to go.
Being loving, respectful, and kind
Is a dumb thing to do.
Forgetting about that time,
Will not be easy, but we will try.
Changing our world for the better
Is something we never did.
Giving up
Was how we handled our problems.
Working hard
Was a joke.
We knew that
People thought we couldn’t come back
That might be true,
Unless we turn things around
(Read from bottom to top now)

I Worked on the U.S. Drone Program — Here’s What Really Happens

“Whenever I read  comments by politicians defending the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Predator and Reaper program – aka  drones – I wish I could ask them a few questions. I’d start with: “How many women and children have you seen incinerated by a Hellfire missile?” And: “How many men have you seen crawl across a field, trying to make it to the nearest compound for help while bleeding out from severed legs?” Or even more pointedly: “How many soldiers have you seen die on the side of a road in Afghanistan because our ever-so-accurate UAVs [unmanned aerial vehicles] were unable to detect an IED [improvised explosive device] that awaited their convoy?”

“It should be clear to anyone with half a brain that medical martial law is being quietly prepared, and that the threat of such measures is not a paranoid conspiracy, but a very real possibility.”

“If the government in question was a proven and honorable institution, then I would say pro-Medical Martial Law arguments might have a leg to stand on. However, this is not the case. In my view, medical martial law is absolutely unacceptable under ANY circumstances, including Ebola, in light of the fact that our current government will be the predominant cause of viral outbreak. That is to say, you DO NOT turn to the government for help when the government is the cause of the problem.”

Liberty, Not Government, is Key to Containing Ebola–Dr. Ron Paul

“The people of Liberia and other countries would be better off if the US government left them alone. Leave it to private citizens to invest in African business and trade with the African people. Private investment and trade would help these countries develop thriving free-market economies capable of sustaining a modern healthcare infrastructure.”

“Firestone Tire and Rubber Company has successfully contained the spread of Ebola among 80,000 people living in Harbel, the Liberian town housing employees of Firestone’s Liberian plant and their families. In March, after the wife of a Firestone employee developed Ebola symptoms, Firestone constructed its own treatment center and implemented a program of quarantine and treatment. Firestone has successfully kept the Ebola virus from spreading among its employees. As of this writing, there are only three Ebola patients at Firestone’s treatment facility.”

I spent 33 years and four months in active military service, and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. … I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. … Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents. –In 1935, two-time Medal of Honor winner and retired Marine General Smedley Butler famously wrote this  in an essay for the socialist magazine Common Sense

  1. Here is a real life example of how out of control CPS really is. Two years ago my 55 year old brother in law was at a neighbors house when the neighbor’s child fell off the front porch and fractured his arm. CPS investigated for “foul play” and found none. BUT while the investigation was ongoing for 30 days my brother in law was not allowed to be around his own grandchildren. CPS dictated that since he was on the neighbor’s property when the child was injured then he was “suspect” and therefore was not allowed around any preteen child for the entire 30 days while the investigation was being conducted. This placed extreme hardship upon him and his family since he was not allowed to stay in his own house during the day because his wife babysits their grandchildren. His son and daughter in law live on the same farm my brother in law owns, so he had to stay in motel rooms for 30 nights. This man has never had so much as a parking ticket, but by the time CPS and the local rumor mill was done, you would have thought he was the man on the grassy noll. CPS finally concluded the obvious, that no foul play had transpired and my brother in law was allowed to return to his own farm, but the child with the fractured arm was still not returned to his parents for neary 60 days. And then people wonder why the hell we are in such bad shape in this country. This scenario has probably played itself out millions of times in our society but nobody cares enough to unite and do anything about it. We don’t need guns to enforce our views. Dave if you could start a drive to happen on a date of your choosing in the future where everyone refused to go to work, drive their vehicle, or buy anything, then just think what would happen when the government got the message that we would simply do silent resistance just like Ghandi did. Before you write this off as nonsense consider this… this nation eats 250 chickens a second, totally nearly 23,000,000 a day. Just by refusing to eat chicken we could dang well get their attention. After that move on to beef and pork. Instead of having a nationwide trucker’s strike, just strike one state, for one week at the time…We could do these things and never harm ourselves but bring them to their knees and this mess would be over in thirty days. A man like you, using a little bit of imagination, could start a fire that would peacefully consume Washington D.C.

The mass murder committed by the regimes of Stalin, Mao, Hitler and many others was made possible not just by the willingness of the “enforcers” to carry out their orders, but also by their victims’ imagined obligation to obey “authority,” and by the belief held by almost all onlookers that they should not interfere with the “the law”  being carried out. – Larkin Rose, The Most Dangerous Superstition

Jon Rappaport:

The State (and its media fronts), in our time, wants to impart a “spiritual tone” to its pronouncements. This comes in two basic forms. One, we are holy crusaders who must drop bombs on those who refuse to accept our traditional religion (Bush). And two, we are a single unified consciousness who must diminish the notion of the independent individual (Obama).

Coming from the State and its minions, these are straight cons.

They carry the moral weight of a mafia rep who promises a grocery-store owner protection for a weekly cut of his income.

Everyone doesn’t belong to everyone else. The individual is irreducible.

He has the power to invent new reality. He has the power to join with others—without invoking mind control—to outdistance the reality of the State.

Happy Anniversary to “What Really Happened” and Michael Rivero

It was on this day in 1994 that  I was working in my animation shop in North Hollywood, a brand-new bride by my side, when the above image came onto the TV Cable news feed I had running. The official story was that this was a photograph of the hand of Vincent Foster with the gun he supposedly shot himself  in the mouth with. Now back then, I was still rather naive about hat the US Government was all about, and certainly I was not looking to become a political activist and truth-seeker. But I am very good at visual effects in film, and the instant I looked at the above photo, I knew it was a staged shot. There are several problems with it, not the least of which is the total  absence of any blood on the white sleeve, hand, or gun. I posted the picture and my analysis on a sub-page of what was then my animation website, and I printed out the picture  and took it with me to work at a company I was doing a project for which shared the same building as CNN’s Hollywood division. During lunch at an outdoor cafe, I showed  the picture to some co-workers and I still recall vividly some CNN people at the next table listening very closely to what I was saying. That night, the threatening  phone calls started and the next day I was fired from that project even though it was not finished (and absent my presence ran months past the original delivery date, as I had designed the method they were using). My career in Hollywood evaporated overnight, not unlike Jean Seberg’s career. A lot of false-rumors were started about me, and I was without work. With so much free time suddenly on my hands, I did a little more digging and found the FBI’s FD-302 forms proving fraud in the manufacturing of Lisa Foster’s identification of the gun in the photo as belonging to Vince Foster. I took the evidence to people I knew in the local TV News, and was told point blank that to touch the story meant losing their jobs. Friends I had known for years were afraid to be seen with me.

Eventually the threats and attacks forced my wife and I to leave Los Angeles, and we hid for a time in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State until a Japanese company hired me to work on a film here in Hawaii, and being Japanese, cared not that the White House hated my guts. Eventually, I worked my way back into film work in the local market, until deciding to quit and focus full-time on stopping the next world war. Over the years, that sub-page on my animation website grew to its own domain, called Rancho Runamukka, and then eventually

Needless to say, I never expected the backlash from the Vince Foster case to last 20 years, nor that it would cost me the life I had intended for myself and my wife. Life is is a bitch that way.

Twenty years.

Now THERE is a reason to get out the scotch!
