Monsanto Off the Hook for Cancers From PCBs It Produced

Monsanto emerged victorious on Tuesday at the end of a nearly month-long trial in which plaintiffs had alleged the former manufacturer of PCBs showed “a reckless disregard for human life.”

PCBs, or polychlorinated biphenyls, were manufactured in the U.S. from 1929 until being banned in 1979, and, according to reporting by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Monsanto was the primary manufacturer of them. The EPA classifies PCBs as probable human carcinogens.

The suit charges Monsanto with negligence for production and sale of PCBs despite knowledge of their harm.

US Legislators Vote to Hide More Food Info from Citizens: “Free Trade” Means “Shut up and Eat Your Mystery Meat”

In May, the globalist-centric World Trade Organization tossed out a U.S. appeal, ruling instead that the labeling that required information stating where animals were born, raised and slaughtered is somehow discriminatory against the two U.S. neighbors. Both of those governments have vowed to ask the WTO for permission to impose billions in tariffs on American goods if the U.S. law is not overturned.

In response, the House voted 300-131 to repeal labels informing consumers about what country their meat was born and raised and slaughtered in, such as, “Born in Canada, raised and slaughtered in the United States.”

Kennedy Drops Bombshell: 70% News Ad Revenue From Pharma

“I ate breakfast last week with the president of a network news division and he told me that during non-election years, 70% of the advertising revenues for his news division come from pharmaceutical ads. And if you go on TV any night and watch the network news, you’ll see they become just a vehicle for selling pharmaceuticals. He also told me that he would fire a host who brought onto his station a guest who lost him a pharmaceutical account.”

These powerful admissions by Kennedy are made with the supporting backdrop of five-time Emmy Award winning investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson recently stated:

“If people were simply covering in terms of news value, facts, and fairness we’d be giving way more coverage to vaccine side effects, autism, ADD, and all the immune disorders that have emerged in the past and been made untouchable by this environment that I’ve discussed with you (referring to astroturfing.)

5 Tools the Police Are Using in Their War Against Activists

From Ferguson to Baltimore, the message is clear: protest at your peril.

1. Equate Dissidents With Domestic Terrorists.

Since 2012, law enforcement and intelligence agencies have repeatedly sought to link street activism with domestic terrorism and radical activists to “violent extremists.” For instance, one memo from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Intelligence and Analysisattempted to tie events in Ferguson last year to recruitment efforts by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS): “Although at this time, violence in Ferguson has largely subsided… radical Islamists [have] used social media to urge others… to conduct Jihad.” A separate arm of DHS, the Threat Management Division, issued an ominous warning around the same time:

“Currently there is no indication that protests are expected to become violent. However, current civil unrest associated with the incident in Ferguson, MO, presents the potential for civil disobedience… Absent a specific actionable threat, you should refer to the list of suspicious activity indicators in identifying and mitigating threats. Some of these behavioral indicators may be constitutionally protected activities.”

Mainstream media blacks out arrest of activists protesting government-endorsed abortion at John Boehner’s office

This is not an outright anti-abortion bill, but one that would ban late term abortions after 20 weeks of gestation. There is strong scientific evidence that after 20 weeks of gestation, the abortion produces pain in a very premature baby; and even if it is alive afterward, it is killed.

New Study: For Every 1000 People Killed by Police, Only 1 Cop is Convicted of a Crime

A new study released by the Washington Post reveals that for every 1000 people killed at the hands of police, only one officer is convicted of a crime. Since 2005, although there have been thousands of fatal shootings by police officers, only 54 have been charged. Of those charged, most were cleared or acquitted.

This analysis is, to date, the most comprehensive of its kind. According to the Post:

“The 54 criminal prosecutions were identified by Bowling Green State University criminologist Philip M. Stinson and The Washington Post. Cases were culled from news reports, grand jury announcements and news releases from prosecutors. For individual cases, reporters obtained and reviewed thousands of pages of court records, police reports, grand jury indictments, witness testimony and video recordings. Dozens of prosecutors and defense attorneys in the cases were interviewed, along with legal experts, officers who were prosecuted and surviving relatives of the shooting victims.”

“Thus, there are no emails from Secretary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state on the server for any review, even if such review were appropriate or legally authorized,” Mr. Kendall said in a letter to the House select committee investigating the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

Straight-A College Student Kicked out Because He Was Homeschooled

“I went on to get three college degrees including a master’s degree and I’ve spent enough time critically analyzing the system to realize that, overall, a lot of it was pure bullsh*t and a total waste of time. Not that any of us need pieces of paper to validate our intelligence or existence. On the flip side, I personally watched people mouth breathe their way through the mind-numbing curriculum at my high school, graduate with Ds, then go on to join the military or get corporate jobs or become mall cops, complete with helmet and segway, for example… people who couldn’t have passed a GED exam if they tried. But, nonetheless, high school is still the standard to live by.”

The ‘symptoms’ are common

There are people out there that experience anxiety about chemicals in their food. There may be people who are obsessive about eating only 100% pure food – and will go to any length to avoid food manufactured with impure ingredients. This may mean avoiding food at social gatherings, refusing certain foods prepared by others and taking considerable time planning and preparing meals.

Cops Brutalized One of their Own, Told Him to Keep it Quiet. He Didn’t, Now He Feels the Real Pain

“An inadvertent whistleblower was created after a cop found himself on the receiving end of police brutality. Now he’s feeling the wrath of the “blue code of silence.”

“After Shelton was mistaken for a suspect and beaten, one of the cops invoked the blue wall of silence by stating, “they were all brothers, man.”

“The comments by the individual defendants to Aaron … that they were ‘brothers,’ reflects an internal creed that the law enforcement agents of the county had a code of silence, which is only possible in an environment created or allowed by the county,” the lawsuit states.”

“None of the officers involved in beating their fellow cop reported the incident to the department. The department subsequently refused to pay any of Shelton’s medical bills despite deputies being entirely responsible for the injuries inflicted upon him. Shelton was told “his injuries were not work-related.”

To which Dr. Hoffman replied:

“I want you to know big hospitals take kids away from families for this stuff.”

Tiffany asked, “For seeking a second opinion?” When the doctor nodded yes, Jaxon’s mother asked, “Why would you do that to me?”

Mrs. Adams heard vengeance in Dr. Hoffman’s response: “I hope you have a good attorney. We’re going to have your behind.”

Out of Prison, Not Yet Home

But the new emphasis on probation and other alternatives to incarceration has meant more business for the private companies and nonprofit groups that run residential reentry centers, or “halfway houses,” which help move inmates out of prison and back into their communities. “Days pass.  I sit around waiting to be told to do something, but they just tell me to keep waiting. I am allowed fresh air only at certain times of the day, in a small, fenced-in area adjacent to the halfway house. I can see, hear, and even smell the city—it’s so close—but I can’t touch it. Most days I end up smoking cigarettes and watching reruns of How I Met Your Mother with my roommates, a couple of drug dealers just out of state prison.”

Psychologist who designed CIA’s post-9/11 torture program insists he has nothing to apologise for – and attacks ‘people with a Jack Bauer mentality who don’t understand how intel works’

Dr James Elmer Mitchell has been called a war criminal and a torturer. He has been the subject of an ethics complaint, and his methods have been criticized in reports by two congressional committees and by the CIA’s internal watchdog.

Geeze, this guy sounds like he’s quoting some transcript from Nuremberg:

“The narrative that’s out there is, I walked up to the gate of the CIA, knocked on the door and said: ‘Let me in, I want to torture people, and I can show you how to do it.’  Or someone put out an ad on Craigslist that said, ‘Wanted: psychologist who is willing to design torture program.’ It’s a lot more complicated than that…”

Timeline: The Tortured History of the Senate’s Torture Report

“The Senate began investigating the CIA’s detainee program nearly six years ago. It completed a draft of its report two years ago. Today, the Senate Intelligence Committee has finally released the report’s blistering executive summary. (The full report remains classified.) What took so long? It’s a tale of White House indecisiveness, Republican opposition, and CIA snooping.”

Marijuana Decreases Death Rates From Pain Killers By Over 30 Percent

“Opioid prescriptions have jumped 300 percent in the last decade and they are the most commonly prescribed drugs on the market. They are the most dangerous and addictive drugs that often lose effectiveness with long-term use.”

“The collusion between Big Pharma and Government is so strong that the system still believes (through corruption) that a plant should be classified as an illegal drug. There is an abundance of evidence that the suppression of medical marijuana is one of the greatest failures of a free society, journalistic and scientific integrity as well as our fundamental values. There is no plant on Earth more condemned than marijuana.”

“They locked me up for no reason,” he said. “They never found the necklace on me I don’t know if they ever found it.”

If he’d been found guilty, he would’ve faced a fine or perhaps a short jail sentence. Instead, he’s spent most of his life inside the District’s psychiatric hospital, St. Elizabeth’s, feeling frustrated with, and forgotten by, the very system charged with looking after his welfare.”

“Labeled abnormal because it’s unfashionable, homeschooling is actually the historical norm, which always involved educating and socializing children at home and provides the balance of intense exposure to not just peers (siblings), but also adults such as parents, grandparents, and perhaps extended family. This provides more, and more frequent, modeling of mature adult behavior, and virtues are caught more than they’re taught.”

” Research presented at the National Christian Home Educators Leadership Conference divulged that homeschool graduates far exceeded their public and private school counterparts in college by ranking the highest in 42 of 63 indicators of collegiate success. They were also ranked as being superior in four out of five achievement categories, including socialization, as they were assessed as being the most charismatic and influential.”
